I cooked “daigaku-imo”. It is made from potatoes. Fry potatoes and twine sugar. In the old days, it sold at store for student. So it is called “daigaku-imo”. It is very sweet and delicious. I like it very much. It was my first time for cooking daigaku-imo. I searched easy recipe of daigaku-imo at “cookpad” – it is my favorite recipe site. I could cook daigaku-imo easily and delicious!! I am very satisfied with it!
